The revnt platform is made to be used on any computer or smart device, but there are many factors that can make your experience less than ideal. For the best viewing experience, we recommend the following:

  • A desktop monitor or a laptop with a minimum of a 15-inch display

    • Smaller displays may make the experience overly crowded

  • Make sure your browser window is full screen

    • Press F11 on Windows or the green button on the top left of your window on a Mac

  • Close other programs that may consume too much bandwidth, like video streaming or file backup applications (YouTube, Google Drive, etc.)

  • Close programs that may take up too many CPU resources

    • Check Task Manager on Windows or Activity Monitor on Mac

  • Wear headphones, especially if you will be participating in any live discussion

If you have any questions about optimizing your viewing experience, please reach out by using the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen or sending an email to support@revnt.io
