Problem
For upcoming webinars, knowing what participants have registered for your webinar in advance is key, and not having this data can be challenging on having an effective session.
Solution
You can now set up your live videos as a "webinar", enabling specific built-in webinar features.
As of the v1.1.0 release, video hosts receive email notifications when a new Participant registers for their webinar.
In version v1.2.0, video landing pages now feature a "Register" button for sessions designated as Webinars. After registration, the button updates to display "Attend."
In version v1.5.0, you can now send email reminders to registered participants, 1, 3, or 7 days before the session is due to start. See this article for more details.
How To - Webinar Videos
Navigate to the "Main Stage" section in your Video's Admin page.
Click the dropdown and select either Live Panel or Live Stream, to view the webinar toggle. Click the toggle to enable. Lastly, click Save to save your changes.
